Donation Disclaimer

Love Ride 34 is organized by the Love Ride Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All donations, sponsorships, and raffle proceeds directly support the charitable mission of the Foundation.

Use of Donations

Contributions to the Love Ride Foundation are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Funds are allocated to support designated nonprofit beneficiaries, including but not limited to veterans’ programs, arts initiatives, and community outreach.

While we strive to honor donor preferences, all donations are ultimately directed toward the Foundation’s approved charitable causes at the discretion of its Board of Directors.

Non-Refund Policy

All donations and registration fees are considered final and non-refundable. In the event that Love Ride 34 is postponed, canceled, or altered due to unforeseen circumstances, the Foundation will make reasonable efforts to apply donated funds toward its stated charitable mission.

Tax Information

Donors will receive confirmation of their gift and may request a donation receipt for tax purposes. Please consult your tax advisor regarding deductibility.
